Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before downloading or using Q2Q ("the Application"). By downloading, installing, or using Q2Q, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use Q2Q for personal or professional purposes on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
This licence does not permit you to:
Q2Q and all associated intellectual property — software, design, trademarks, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you.
Q2Q uses the NewTek NDI SDK under the NDI SDK licence. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt Group.
Q2Q is distributed solely through the Apple Mac App Store. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide support for Q2Q.
Q2Q is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use in live broadcast environments is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Q2Q, including loss of revenue, data, or broadcast interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application.
We may release updates from time to time. Updates may change or remove features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of revised functionality. Major version upgrades may be separate purchases.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, delete all copies of Q2Q from your devices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
